Rainbow Glasgow (W) Easter Road Trip
I had a great wee road trip to myself this week while visiting some of our customers.
I left our unit in Glasgow on Tuesday with a few goodie bags with chocolate eggs, biscuits, and our favourite Rainbow Drops.
I headed up the M8 towards Kilmarnock to pop into the NFU in Portland Road, a first visit from our Franchise.
I met Megan and her colleagues who gave me a warm welcome. It was great to finally put a face to the name and I think the ladies there were happy with a wee unexpected treat.
I left Kilmarnock and headed toward our next customer, NFU Strathaven . A more rural spot but a great day for a nice drive through the country.
Sadly I missed Debbie and some of the other staff as they were on holiday but it was great to meet Keith for the first time. It gave me a chance to let him know about the great new services we offer like Duct Cleaning, Leak Detection as well as the Fire & Flood cleaning services.
I left Strathaven to return to the office as it was almost rush hour and I didn’t want to get caught in the traffic madness currently happening in the central belt with the M8 upgrade.
I left the base again on Wednesday and headed over to Bearsden to visit our good friends at NFU. Douglas and I follow each other on Twitter and LinkedIn so its great to meet up on an odd occasion for a catch-up on recent posts and events.
It was great to finally get to chat to Liz, the Claims Handler and discuss how we can help their customers. Customer Service is No1 on NFU and Rainbow’s priority list so its good to hear that we are doing a great job in this respect.
Sadly we cannot get around all our NFU customers in the one week due to the area we serve, but who knows where we will visit next time…..watch this space…
